What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with a trained crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. The specifics depend on the type of charter—for instance, sunset tours come with gourmet snacks, while business charters offer corporate catering and meeting amenities.
How far in advance should I book?
It's best to reserve your yacht at least 2–3 weeks prior, particularly during the busy season from May to September. For corporate functions and private festivities, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is recommended for better options and to allow for personalized arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our primary concern is safety. Should the captain determine that the weather is potentially hazardous, we'll propose rescheduling to the closest available slot or issue a full refund. We closely watch the weather forecast and will advise you 24 hours prior to departure if we're anticipating inclement weather.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are allowed to bring their own meals and non-alcoholic beverages onboard. Additionally, we provide a variety of catering services that can be tailored to your taste. Please note that for safety reasons, glassware is not allowed on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We make an effort to accommodate all guests. Some of our yachts are outfitted with better facilities for accessibility than others. Get in touch with us during your reservation process to address specific needs and we will suggest the best vessel and make the necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests made more than 72 hours prior to departure are fully refunded. Those made between 24 to 72 hours before departure are 50% refunded. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the departure time won't be refunded unless cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical troubles on our side.
